Exporting leads to CSV
Download your leads as a CSV file for analysis or import into other tools.
Requirements
CSV export requires a Pro or Team plan.
How to export
Go to Settings → Integrations and click the "Export" button in the CSV Export section. Your browser will download a CSV file named redprowler-leads-YYYY-MM-DD.csv with up to 5,000 of your most recent leads.
CSV columns
The exported file includes 12 columns:
- ID — unique lead identifier
- Product — the product name this lead belongs to
- Subreddit — the subreddit (formatted as r/name)
- Title — the Reddit post title
- Author — the Reddit username
- Relevance Score — the AI-computed score (0 to 1, two decimal places)
- Status — current lead status (NEW, VIEWED, ENGAGED, CONVERTED)
- Sentiment — detected sentiment (POSITIVE, NEGATIVE, NEUTRAL, QUESTION)
- Reddit Score — the post's upvote count
- Comments — number of comments on the post
- Permalink — full Reddit URL to the original post
- Created At — timestamp when the lead was discovered
