Managing your subscription

Update payment methods, change plans, or cancel your subscription.

Accessing the billing portal

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Subscription". This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can manage everything about your subscription.

What you can do

In the Stripe billing portal, you can:

  • Update your credit card or payment method
  • View your billing history and download invoices
  • Change your plan (upgrade or downgrade)
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

If you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free Starter plan. Your data is preserved — you can re-subscribe at any time to regain access to Pro or Team features.

Note: There are no prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends.
