Inviting team members

Add team members to collaborate on lead generation.

Requirements

Team collaboration requires the Team plan ($79/month). You can invite up to 10 team members.

How to invite

Follow these steps to add a team member:

  • Go to Settings → Team
  • Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
  • Click "Invite"
  • The person must already have a RedProwler account (they can sign up for free first)
Note: You cannot invite yourself, and duplicate invitations to the same email are blocked.

After inviting

Once invited, the team member gains access to your shared products, leads, and dashboards. They can generate AI replies and interact with leads. Their activity counts toward your team's shared usage limits.
