Team roles and permissions
Understand the different access levels for team members.
Owner
The account creator is the Owner. They have full access to everything:
- Manage billing and subscription
- Invite and remove team members
- Create, edit, and delete products
- View and engage with all leads
- Configure integrations (Slack, webhooks)
- Export data
Admin
Admins can manage most aspects of the account except billing:
- Invite and remove team members
- Create, edit, and delete products
- View and engage with all leads
- Configure integrations
Member
Members have access to the core features:
- View all shared products and leads
- Generate AI replies and engage with leads
- Use templates and bookmark leads
- View the dashboard and analytics
