Team roles and permissions

Understand the different access levels for team members.

Owner

The account creator is the Owner. They have full access to everything:

  • Manage billing and subscription
  • Invite and remove team members
  • Create, edit, and delete products
  • View and engage with all leads
  • Configure integrations (Slack, webhooks)
  • Export data

Admin

Admins can manage most aspects of the account except billing:

  • Invite and remove team members
  • Create, edit, and delete products
  • View and engage with all leads
  • Configure integrations

Member

Members have access to the core features:

  • View all shared products and leads
  • Generate AI replies and engage with leads
  • Use templates and bookmark leads
  • View the dashboard and analytics
